Hating the haters just makes you a hater. I was always impressed by FDR’s name for the Nazis: “those unworthy men.” We can do what we do out of love for our country, not personal hate for anyone. It makes a difference in the tenor of a movement & how it comes across to the world.

Hate is the knife that divides, Love is the weave that joins all of us together. Even in battle there is no need to hate. The one who holds hate in their heart; harms themselves more than they harm the person the hate is directed at.

Does the policeman require hate to arrest a criminal? Does the judge require hate to sentence him? Does the prison guard require hate to guard him? Wake up, people! Hatred isn't required to stop wrongdoers. Nor is it required to call them out. It's a weakness not a strength.
