Last night was quite a production. Organized to empower his base, emboldening the right & blatantly tell America he’s above the law. He’s become a full fledged dictator & unless the “big” voices of the world show up, we’ll become slaves to a new order. Voters alone aren’t enough

My “friends” on the right r outraged this morning by @SpeakerPelosi ripping speech saying it was “classless” “disrespectful” “disgusting” “acted like a child”. It is like they have never listened 2 @realDonaldTrump It makes me feel hopeless. They’re also praising Rush Limbaugh.

That’s a naive statement. To say one extreme is not as dangerous as another extreme is only providing cover for a growing faction that will become more dangerous if nothing is done about it. Many on the right disavow right wing extremists but the left refuses to do the same.
