The circular firing squad so endemic to the Left is deeply destructive, leaving us battered and weakened before the Right even takes a shot. Nothing plays into the hands of our opponents more than our viciousness towards one another.

According to Gandhi’s philosophy of nonviolence, the end is inherent in the means. If we’re hateful to each other now, we’re not going to be able to all come together in some kumbaya effort once the nominee is chosen. Anger weakens us.We can practice respectful disagreement now.

I don't think we necessarily have to trash the anger per se...some people are good at recycling it into a powerful force for good. Sort of like doing inner martial arts. That way it doesn't eat u up inside. Doesn’t mean u don't call people out. U just do it more skillfully.

I am doubting if Democrat Party really wants to defeat Trump as there as such large corporatists forces within the party. Anything really challenging that is taken down even from within & that is more important to them. This is the common denominator of all who gets smeared.
