The circular firing squad so endemic to the Left is deeply destructive, leaving us battered and weakened before the Right even takes a shot. Nothing plays into the hands of our opponents more than our viciousness towards one another.

According to Gandhi’s philosophy of nonviolence, the end is inherent in the means. If we’re hateful to each other now, we’re not going to be able to all come together in some kumbaya effort once the nominee is chosen. Anger weakens us.We can practice respectful disagreement now.

I love all of this talk of the left’s circular firing squad...when Rand Paul is literally threatening his GOP colleagues if they dare defy Trump.

I’ve said that going into this election cycle. That’s why it’s President Trump, not President Sanders. The left is so busy digging up dirt on itself, it doesn’t leave much work for the right to do.

#BrownFace Warren and her white, wealthy supporters are not on the left. Corporate Dems are lucky we're not doing a literal firing squad against those class traitors. But that day will probably be coming soon if they keep undemocraticaly hoarding all the power and wealth.

This happened in the Republican primaries as well. Learning from past mistakes seems to get lost among the push to win at all cost. Win the battle, lose the war.

If everybody wants ideological purity or identity politics, then nobody's gonna get a seat in the Congress. The Left needs an issue to strongly unite themselves, the way the Right has their White Nationalism. #DemocraticDebate #Democrats2020

Except it’s not a circular firing squad. The only person firing is Warren.

Liz Warren is not the left. Where have all these calls for unity been when Tulsi Gabbard has been relentlessly smeared by self proclaimed progressives. Warren has shown her true face and will be accorded as such.

Holding ourselves and the fakes accountable =/= vicious to our allies ffs, did you legit lose your capability of individual thought when you ended your campaign? Or did you have to give your account to the DNC to do with what it pleases? 🙄

Just to be clear, I’m voting for Bernie, but I am really disappointed with both W and B supporters playing the blame game. And let’s be honest, B supporters are doing it more. While I understand their frustration, bc I’m a B supporter too, I am worried we are turning people away
