Or vote no if you wish to stop the attempted unconstitutional take over of Executive Branch by Queen Nancy. This bill is clearly unconstitutional attempt of one Branch attempting to restrict the Constitutional powers of a separate Branch. Really suprised at you

Seriously no. - Think about the 3 am call, who's gonna do it, and is there time to debate when American lives are at stake? There will be, "No war w/Iran". So removing Prez's power to save your ass for this one specific issue is not needed. - Marianne, please help in better ways.
