Just saw a clip of #JoeBiden saying how bad the economy is & how people are struggling. Then heard statistics on business network that this is the best economy and employment numbers in many years. Tough case for Dems to make now, isn’t it?#ThursdayThoughts

There are 93 million people living near poverty; 13 million hungry children; 100,000 homeless children; and millions of people having to work 2 or 3 jobs just to make ends meet. The difficult case to make is calling that a "good" economy.

But even though there's more work to be done and more people who can be helped, you still can't ignore these incredible unemployment numbers. There are many other statistics too. You have to give credit where credit is due, no?

Lowest unemployment since Viet Nam war. Lowest unemployment for minorities ever. Excellent real wage growth for unskilled labor. And this... #Roaring20s All time highs.

I see why you feel the way you do. I hear you may have recently laid off some workers. cnn.com/2020/01/02/politics/…

And, yet, improving from the time of Obama.
Trump and his adminstration working hard. We need State Governors & Mayor's doing their share. Especially in my State of California!
What’s the source of your statistics?
It's a great economy. And "light a candle don't curse the darkness"
Not everyone who works more than one job does so to make ends meet. Also even if it's millions, it's still a faction of the overall job force.
