Marianne leaves out the part that after envisioning, you need to plan and work towards that which you envision. She leaves the dirty work to others then takes credit and $ for their efforts. She's a glorified cheerleader who thinks she's a boss.

You can’t create what you can’t envision. It all starts with a vision in the imagination. Holding on to that feeling of the vision completed is what sparks & sustains action during the period of hard work. This is why we need a visionary leader during this time of great change.
