Either crony capitalism or humanity will survive - but not both. From the destruction of our environment to contaminants in food & water to toxins in the air to crushing despair among too many: will huge corporate entities make more billions, or will humanity even make it at all?

It’s hard for me to understand how the people behind this form of capitalism can think they can have it both ways. It thinks it can abuse and misuse money for individual gains at the expense of the American people. They live in the world too! What you do to one you do to all! 💯

I say: Caution. Sure cronyism cheats us all. But our treatment of the environment is not just a problem of crony capitalism. It is a culture wide issue based on certain aspects of human nature itself, one of which is the principle “out of sight, out of mind.”

Probably the Corporations.
We are truly at a crossroads. Keep going the way it currently is (which is crony capitalism & 18th & 19th century fuel consumption technology), or accept change is needed, global cooperation & humanistic governance in a new century of innovation, & peace. Perish or prosper!

Truth be told. Thank you! Repair no more despair.

Capitalism will ultimately fail when the people on the bottom are no longer able or willing to feed the people on the top. That almost happened in 2009. But we still had money left in the treasury that Obama used to increase the size of the pie. How many times can THAT happen?

Blaming corporate America for the mistakes of humans is a fool's errand.
