Sorry, but "impeachment" for briefly freezing weapons aid to a backwater neo-NAZI regime ("treason") has now removed all real issues (climate, militarization of space, wealth inequality, etc.) from the news cycle. Blame the people running the Democratic Party.

Some conservatives fantasize that this will position us against a space war with China. Some liberals fantasize this as a step towards a Star Trek federation utopia. As for me, I just want us to take care of pur home planet for our children, both human and other species
