Our country should not be run like a business; it should be run like a family. First you take care of your children and your older people, then everything else falls more easily into line. That’s what it means to move from an economic to a humanitarian bottom line.

Running the country is far more complex than you make it out to be. First we take care of outside and inside threats so we CAN take care of our children and older people. Trump did the right thing in beefing up the military so we can negotiate from a position of strength.

Your idea of a utopia won’t work. It’s been tried. Where it’s been tried it’s been a disaster with millions murdered.

The Republican Party is run like a family -- a mobster family. That's why it refuses to impeach its Godfather.

It’s a sad time knowing the largest population of people experiencing homelessness are people over 65. Social security does not cover basic living expenses. This has to stop. Williamson is the candidate who has the vision and integrity to shift this tragedy into a better place.

52 days to Iowa. Talk about “the good old days” runs into the Golden Age Fallacy: There’s never been a time when we were a perfect community. As we plan for a hopeful future, we should aim higher than ever before: Beyond community to the model of family!

No. The USA is not a family. But for those who find this compelling, why do you exclude people from other countries from your "family"?
