Nope 3 months isn’t enough. Even if the full amount isn’t paid, a job should be required by law to keep your job for at least 6 months. Sorry 12 weeks isn’t enough, we’re sending moms to work right at the 4mo sleep regression.

There should be one parent at home raising children at all times. The lack of that is the root cause of many problems in the US.
