That’s a deep mischaracterization of my beliefs. Of course there is mental illness, of course it matters, and of course it is covered under my health plan.

Your plan does not address serious mental illness particularly the IMD exclusion and reclassification of Schizophrenia to a neurological disease. Please see Kamala’s plan.
