When I was at my most desperate I sincerely prayed one day for god to show me what to do. Not long after that a video of you talking to Oprah about how to forgive showed up on my Facebook feed. I knew in that moment my prayer 🙏🏻 had been answered. I knew what I needed to do.

It really transformed my life. The advice seems counter intuitive to be sure; pray for those that we hold a resentment towards for 5 minutes per day. But you said one of two things will occur: you will stop caring or the situation will change. Either way, alchemy always occurs.
