it must be involved, due to regulation factors. Anyone else, say from outside of the US must either become a tax paying voting responsible U.S. Citizen, or pay outright for services rendered. What I've told you here, is the one condition that will properly allow affordable

health care to work properly. It's the mathematical socio-economic bracketing of the equation and NOT politically derived. I had gone over this then, hundreds of times and time after time, in order for this addend to the then AHCA Act, these requirements HAD to be added.
