I have no problem calling myself a capitalist. It’s not capitalism per se but a virulent strain of capitalism that has corrupted our govt & highjacked America’s value system. Capitalism, like any public institution, should display ethics & moral consideration for people & planet.

You seem unimpressed with a change from shareholder profits to communities and employees. Watch inequality grow with Yang's UBI. The top 1% will benefit from the spending of the bottom 99%
I agree that the wealthy should have less political power. I don't support having the Germany Works laws here in the US
I do not support the government controlling production. I do support diminishing the political power of big companies
I love Marianne. $15/hr is not a living wage. I support teaching financial literacy at all levels of society. I'll let experts advise on GND. So far, there are credible arguments on both sides of GND.

In a collectivist economy, resources cannot be privately owned and exploited for profit. I am confident that innovation in a collective economy ceases to exist. There is much innovation to look forward to. That will end. I don't want a collective economy here in the US
