And finally the budget will no longer be in the hands of the legislature. Income taxes will be changed to a flat 10% sales tax on everything but food,rx and fuel. It will cover national defense. The FBI and CIA will be dissolved and a Federal Police force will be formed.

This Force will handle interstate, domestic terrorism and foreign crime. If a tax increase is needed for a specific need for a specific time length it will come to a public voice of the people. No more majority or minority speakers or committees. Law making only.

The executive branch will create the budget based on money that has come in and adjust accordingly. Redundant departments to state will end. Department heads will present budget needs, Governors from each State also will present needs. Less is more Marianne.

And businesses and corporations employee people so they can live and thrive. Dems just don't get that or they don't want the unwashed to be wealthy and educated. Too much competition for them I guess.
