“For those who are willing to raise their hand and swear to an oath to protect and defend our way of life, we can and we must do a better job of supporting their success during and after their great sacrifices for our freedom.” @marwilliamson

A good way to support our veterans would be to give them a bonus check every Veteran's Day, rather than platitudes. Money talks. $1,000 would be good. Then, free housing, medical and education. We say we value them above all so we should put our money where our mouths are.

"They did their job, and now we must do ours. No veteran should be homeless in America. No veteran should be without health care, mental health care, or whatever help he or she needs to thrive." - @marwilliamson You have the right proposals, show us the way. 💜🕊️
