We’re already in the habit of saying “Thank you for your service” when we meet military personnel. We should also say “Thank you for your service” every time we meet a public school teacher.

Call me a Troll, But, The very last thing i would do is thank a "Public-School"Teacher for their Failed Service! The head of the Teachers-Union brings in $500K+ ayr! For what!? Only strike for Mo-Money! Students learn Nuthin about their Financial & Working lives, only Propaganda!

SMH at some of these comments. The fact that many of you can't conceptually understand what she meant by this tweet proves just how important teachers are. Service is the act of helping or doing something for someone.
