Most people know they have been trained but there is nothing they can do about it. If they go against the grain they could lose there jobs. Or they will be punished somehow. In the u.s we have many similarities to communists countries

Could someone please tell me what history Marianne has on negotiating and working with people? I see a history of telling everyone else what to do and think. By doing so she gains support, but is polarizing & creates opposition to her ideas in equal fervor.
