The debates are essentially a reality TV show in which the DNC partners with corporate media to choose & exalt the candidates they feel should be in the running. It is an incestuous insider game, perhaps well intentioned on the part of its perpetrators but poisonous to democracy.

@marwilliamson You started the race with an advantage and made it on the debate stage. Other campaigns surged, not yours. Mayor Pete (insider???) Warren or Sanders aren’t ‘corporate elites’. You have contributed to the dialogue, but in this domain voters want something else.

While I agree, surely you understand that the reason you aren’t highlighted on these debates is because there aren’t enough voters interested in backing you. It’s not because there’s a conspiracy against you specifically.
