This is a horrible misnomer, people are not either lovers or haters. Often people you designate as haters just love something different or in a different way. People are not good or evil, demonizing people who disagree with you is the worst way to find common ground.

👍The critical resource is trust between people. When eroded, societies crumble. It’s important that those who “love” and have conscience make their voices heard even louder. Not to condemn what is wrong (although that does have it’s place) but to lift others up. Model tweet.

Something about kindness that always bothered me is the fact that often in the spirit of kindness good people allow terrible people to do horrific things. This is why I no longer seek kindness as a unifying principle, but rather Truth.
