Except all these need massive resources to accomplish. And "tax the wealthy" or some fictitious financial transactions is not going to pay for it. So a pipe dream. Probably better that Marianne stuck to generalities.

The money would have to come from the budget that already has a 1 trillion deficit. Some time, there are things that can improve things without taxing and spending, and I thought Marianne could speak of those.
