Today would have been John Lennon’s 79th birthday. His absence from our lives over the last few decades has been an immeasurable loss. Doing anything we can to increase peace and love in the world is the highest form of praise we can give to the spirit he unleashed in our midst.

What we need and have always needed is accountability! Not doing so is selfish. So selfish that our children pay the price for us not loving truth more than perversion diversions that make us feel good in the temporary. Hold your class accountable.

For the first time ever I don't align with something you're saying. It's alleged he was a wife beater. If that's true, then holding him as a beacon for us to follow is insulting to us, and damaging to all the various movements who seek to hold wrongdoers to account.
It really sucks growing up in a world without him.
