Statistically, a black person is given a 19.1 per cent longer prison sentence than is someone who’s white. Racial disparities in criminal sentencing are a scourge that we must end. marianne2020.com/issues/crim…

Well done ! But women are given massively LESS prison sentences than men. Greater than 19% ! But NO mention of that. Why ? Gynocentrism. It’s about time this disgraceful disparity be rectified.

I agree. But I would like everyone to take note: WE HAVE A SOCIALIZED CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IN AMERICA. People who tell us that socialism will reduce racial disparities won't admit that the socialized parts of our country are also the most racist!

Okay, but now take a look at their arrest records and gang membership rate. Black men commit 6x as many crimes including murder as white men, have a much longer criminal history on average and so, yes, there will be a disparity there which can't be helped.

If you want to solve at least part of the problem, eliminate all victimless crimes, per the 9th Amendment.

Why not just have fewer laws to violate?
