Good news John Bolton was fired. But the man now poised to at least temporarily fill his position is someone whose views lie somewhere between dangerous & insane. Make noise! Call reps at (202) 224-3121 (House & Senate) and say NO to Charles Kupperman. huffpost.com/entry/charles-k…

Of course a National Security Advisor does not need Senate confirmation. The President appoints the National Security advisor at his/her pleasure. But that is no reason for us to remain quiet. Writing Op Ed’s, calling our reps, using our voices. That’s what matters: speaking up.

@marwilliamson does not know that the Director of National Intelligence is not a Senate-confirmed position. Calling your reps will have no impact on @realDonaldTrump's choice of DNI. Pro-tip: if you are running for POTUS, you might want to learn a few of these nitpicky details.

Fun fact, Charlie Kupperman’s younger sister was a childhood friend. :P

You really should try to learn how government works if you’re running for president. We already have a know nothing in the White House; we don’t need another one.

So you wanted to be president, huh? Not sure you're up for the job, tbh

You believe that you can move hurricanes with your mind and you’re calling other people insane?

Think good thoughts it away! But don’t be too mean!

The Senate confirms specific nominees of the Chief Executive. The House of Representatives has no say. What are you asking, actually? Maybe double check a copy of US Constitution??

Um...did someone tell you that congress has control over the NSC, or is that something you came up with yourself?
