We should transition from regulating industrial-scale harm to the earth to criminalizing industrial-scale harm to the earth. It’s time to outlaw ecocide.

Don't we already have laws against polluting and people in jail for violating those laws? In any case, what's your plan to keep China, India, and other developing countries from continuing to pollute?
