We need to seriously look at why human society places the right to make the most vital decisions about the fate of our planet in the hands of governmental leaders whose motivations and understanding may be limited and compromised. We need unbiased group of international experts.

You see that it is not "the issue" itself, but it's US. If we don't start taking care of the people, eliminating ignorance and poverty, the revolt and abuse on both ends of the spectrum will continue to fester. We must be people centered in every aspect of politics. You get it.
