Oh FFS. You can't wish a hurricane away, you can't nuke a hurricane away. Know what might work? Pay attention to climate change and do something to curb it, and maybe, just maybe, there will be less severe storms in a decade or three. Love, science.

Respectfully, during the last debate you advocated for less medicine, and more positive thinking. And while there is ample evidence that the mind can help in recovery, medicine remains as necessary for some mental conditions as it is for physical ones.
