Oh FFS. You can't wish a hurricane away, you can't nuke a hurricane away. Know what might work? Pay attention to climate change and do something to curb it, and maybe, just maybe, there will be less severe storms in a decade or three. Love, science.
It's not a very good idea, but it's still better than dropping nuclear bombs on the Bahamas

@marwilliamson is a total whack job! You cannot be a Dem and think this. Climate change is a serious issue, you can't wish a storm away. Sheesh!

She said the same thing about treating mental illness. That you could just wish depression away

No I did not. Ever.

Respectfully, during the last debate you advocated for less medicine, and more positive thinking. And while there is ample evidence that the mind can help in recovery, medicine remains as necessary for some mental conditions as it is for physical ones.

I absolutely did not advocate for less medicine. That is completely false. You cannot find anything I said which even approaches that.

I’m not walking back anything. You said that in the last debate I suggested less medicine. I did no such thing.

Again, respectfully, rather than deny or delete (as with your hurricane tweet) why not recognize the need for clarification or at least further dialogue? We all heard your comments during the debate and before, like this one: vox.com/policy-and-politics/…

Or this one: theslot.jezebel.com/can-we-a… You've repeatedly attacked the use of antidepressants. Rather than deny it, be open to accepting that medication is crucial for some patients. Little help @C_doc_911, @GirlNamedBoston?

Okay @marwilliamson you did in fact say it in the first debate, I didn’t watch the second round so it’s just a matter of semantics. You know it wasn’t in the last but in the first you should just own it. We want a president that isn’t cuckoo....
