He didn't mischaracterize. He simply reposted your tweet. You wrote it, you own the tweet--YOU wrote we could gather millions to "turn Dorian away from land". WTF are they gonna do? Throw an Obi Wan hand wave and tell the hurricane this "aren't the lands you are looking for"?
