Prayers for the people of the Bahamas, Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas. May the peace of God be upon them and their hearts be comforted as they endure the storm.

She deleted it because it became a distraction for jaded folks like yourself to cook up smug smears. There is nothing wacky about projecting benevolent intentions in this world. Doesn't mean you believe in telekinesis. Smh.

it's actually super smug to say "visualize being out of the path of the hurricane" for the people living in devastated hurricane areas like the Bahamas.

it's one thing to visualize and pray and an entirely other thing to tell people already devastated by a hurricane they didn't visualize hard enough.

This is the kind of smear I mean. Where does she tell anyone "they didn't visualize hard enough"? It's nonsense. "Be positive today, let's visualize success and peace" doesn't mean "when you lost out yesterday it was your fault." Don't look through the lens of your jadedness

“Millions of us seeing Dorian turn away from land is not a wacky idea” is realllllly fucking insulting to people who are devastated by a hurricane.

Hey, man. Let me help: if someone says you can solve a hurricane by praying hard enough, you’re implying those that suffer from the hurricane just didn’t pray hard enough.

I never said that nor do I believe it. I never said that about illness either, nor do I believe it. This is the 21st-century. Holistic view of body, mind & spirit – knowing psychological, emotional & spiritual forces influence the material - is contemporary & scientific insight.

What exactly is a spiritual force? Nothing of a nature that is typically meant by the word "spiritual" has ever been shown to exist. It certainly has no place whatsoever in contemporary scientific thought. Body and mind, absolutely. Spirit? Sorry, you'll have to do better.

Let me offer a tip: When someone tells you something is "scientifically proven" then you should hear the word "bullshit." Science doesn't prove. Science _explains_ why things that actually happen happen. And "meditation did it" isn't an explanation.
And of course you have scientific, fact-based studies to back this up, right?

That was 100% the implication.

That's exactly what you said, like those people deserved to die because they didn't pray as hard as you did, or to your god, you are disgusting. #DropOutMar
Yes, actually, that's exactly what you said. You are an idiot and have no business running for town dogcatcher, much less the office of President of the United States.
