I’m not proud of it. I keep “leaning in” to a meatless diet but I haven’t gotten there yet.

Its hard. But I recommend some of those Impossible burgers if you are eating out. If at home, there are a lot of good frozen vegan meats to choose from. Like Gardein, BeyondMeat, etc. Beef tips, ground, chic tenders etc. Good luck!
