This is an outright lie. For future reference, quotation marks are used to indicate that someone actually uttered that phrase. In this case, by using quotation marks here, you're trying to make it seem like a DNC spokesperson actually claimed this. You should delete this tweet.

Thank you, @marwilliamson, for pointing out that the DNC is a private org and not part of the structure of our actual democracy. We don’t need to abide by its dicta. Or the RNC’s for that matter.

I love you Marianne and thought you did wonderfully at first debates, but the DNC has been more than fair with the progressively more selective debate requirements.

@marwilliamson the DNC has their pick. They will use the media to pull that person over the finish line. They really don’t like outsiders like yourself but you have to keep getting your message out any way you can.

For awhile I found you to be comic relief in what should be a serious process for the most important election of my lifetime. Now I’m finding you to be whiny and dangerous. You’ve received more attention for this race than your experience should ever have granted you.

@DNC @DNCWarRoom @TulsiGabbard @TomPerez This is EXACTLY why I will make contributions to specific candidates but NOT to the DNC. As a 'Nam vet living in PA - #Tulsi2020 is MY chosen candidate. The DNC and Perez may go pound sand!

Unfortunately this is why so many people don’t vote. They don’t feel heard or represented by the Democratic Party.

The DNC is messed up. They don't care who we want for president, as was so clear in 2016. That did not turn out well, did it? I'm afraid that they are going to shove Biden down our throats and Trump Will win again. We need the 18-34 yr. old vote.te. Without them we loose.
