Waste of money, but the danger from nukes is a billion-trillion percent overblown.

It depends on where they dropped. If the planet detonated all of it's nuclear bombs at once in an effort order to strategically end humanity, millions or possibly billions of people would survive regardless. The US has "dropped" 1,000+ nukes without directly harming anyone.

I am rooting for you, but I believe for the policies that you are proposing to work, the current paradigms in all of our minds will need to be removed.
