People seem to be debating the process. Would a possible option be to give significant government funding to inner-city primarily black areas? Spend money to fix their living conditions, schools, etc?

Equal opportunity already exists. The left wants equal outcomes. Socialism and Communism want equal outcomes as well.

So let black households be given opportunities to grow their networth. Reparations are handouts and those don't make most of their recipients wealthy over a generation. This is just going to distract black people

I love my fellow Americans. It doesn't matter if you are black, white, pink, blue or purple. You matter! And a debt is owed and must be paid!

Reparations gets us there, just like the homestead act, GI Bill, 250 years of FREE labor, 100 years of Jim Crow and more benefited whites to get the wealth they have today. If wealth comes from hard work then America’s slaves and their descendants would be the wealthiest #ados
