Unfortunately most people in America define how well they are doing by how bad #ADOS are doing.A cash payout to #ADOS would be a blow to NON-ADOS ego's. It would also cause mass confusion as non-ados scramble to pick a new bottom cast to compare themselves to.

Laws are setup to continue the system in which the lawbreaker believes. What is the system that reparations seek is the belief that blacks are perpetual victims, which has been far more destructive than even slavery or Jim Crow. You have not applied ACIM to your political beliefs
