Well, actually, really shouldn't have to accent the aim of world peace. Peace comes from people feeling secure & protected socially and economically. So, sorry it's back to those boring ideas of resolution not something that sounds too much like... smile more & you'll be happy.

This is something that needs done through the private sector as government is inherently violent. Instead of wasting taxpayers money I propose we achieve the goal of a world Harmony treaty where all countries have signed by 11/11/2030 via creating the world Harmony foundation.
