Reported by NBC 10 Police where doing a drug warrant. I doubt the they follow gun laws if they are dealing or doing drugs.

Whomever did this has broken numerous laws already on the books. How would another law have helped? Criminals don't obey laws. Dollars to doughnuts the perp has been arrested b4 for gun violence & released w slap on wrist. Throw the book at those who commit gun crimes.

Agree! & it’s also time to address the root causes. Psychological, emotional, Economic, and systemic issues creates these problems. It’s an integrative approach to politics.
