But we need more than that. We need to add the question on the paperwork to buy a gun “are you a violent trafficker in narcotics and/or other felonious pursuits” Then we should make trafficking in drugs illegal also. Your clearly on the right track.

Define assault weapon. Is it a scary black rifle or any semi-automatic weapon? Virtually all pistols are semi-auto.
