Jesus, The Christ and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and the Civil Rights Nonviolent Movement gave us some very functional and practical ways on how to become nonviolent. This has to first be taught then acted upon and lived out.

Yes! And more! The discussion right now should be around “Violence Control” of which managing ALL weapons of mass destruction (including assault weapons) is just a part...plus repairing economic despair that leads to acts of desperation & healing communities

Plus teaching communication, cooperation and compassion skills. Plus immigration, race, and equality policies that bring people together instead of pit them against each other. Heal the wounds and they won’t bleed anymore.

AGGRAVATED SEROTONIN DEFICIENCY caused by SSRI use triggers violence. When they suddenly stop or can no longer afford. Like when you are hungry and edgy multiplied a 1000 times.
