This is a start. I would add specifically that there needs to be cash payments to assist with closing the racial wealth gap. Land needs to be allocated to #ADOS and the counsel members need to be chosen carefully! #Reparations2020

$200-$500 billion in reparations paid by who exactly? Will African Americans have to pay for it through taxation/inflation? Will spanish Americans have to pay? Their South American ancestors were slaves too. So only white Americans pay? Do immigrants pay? Be clear.
