We must outlaw all assault style weapons for civilian use. Even then, there will still be millions of them on the street. Next we need to outlaw the manufacture and sale of the bullets that they carry.

FYI...... The killer lived in Allen Texas, he did his killing in El Paso Texas. AK47's have been illegal in Texas for years. Criminals are criminals because they don't obey the laws. The best thing to do is address the mental issues that are prevalent in every single occurrence
