We must outlaw all assault style weapons for civilian use. Even then, there will still be millions of them on the street. Next we need to outlaw the manufacture and sale of the bullets that they carry.

The only thing that makes an assault style weapon an assault style weapon is the mere fact that it only looks like an assault style weapon. Not any different than other semi-automatic weapons.

Congress has the constitutional power & duty to regulate[ ]#2A by "Arming" (AI §8 C16) THE PEOPLE #2A—not "disarming"or "restricting"—which is "infringe[ment]"#2A establishing a constitutional disability, or absence of power. A direct limitation on Congress itself.
