IMO, this should be the story that leads all coverage for @marwilliamson. Her role in the gross world of "positive thinking" culture deserves attention; this is the most disturbing tentacle of it.

Williamson makes me furious. She peddled "miracles" to AIDS patients (and cancer patients) in the 90s. People DIED because they went off their meds and tried to pray themselves well.

During the early days of the AIDS crisis there WAS no medicine. And when there was, I supported it in every way. The only thing being "peddled" is this false narrative about my work. If you're interested in what really happened : medium.com/@davidkessler_884…

Really? We're going to go this route? AZT was available in late 80s and NRTIs by the early 90s. How late was Williamson discussing "A Course in Miracles" as an alternative to FDA approved treatment with patients in the program?

Your record speaks for itself, plenty of humanitarian activism, trust you with common good. No need to worry about the propaganda, it wouldn't be coming out if you didn't matter. And you do matter, big time. #BigTruth #WilliamsonForTheRealWin2020 #WeThePeople #Marianne2020
