Reparations are paid every year by people who pay income taxes to the people who receive taxpayer-paid government benefits & subsidies. Of the 50% of those who pay taxes, I wonder how many are white vs black of those who pay/receives. Remember, blacks are 15% of the population.

Money @ it’s base goes in a full circle so where would this $$$ come from? @ some point the US tax payer would be impacted, will you force every citizen to endure this tax? Who will receive it? Bloodlines have split in 150 years, how do you determine who receives? Makes no sense.
