What makes me qualified to say $200 to $500 billion dollars? I'll tell you what makes me qualified. #Reparations #BigTruth #Marianne2020

If you did the math of the 40 acres and a mule, given that there was 4 to 5 million slaves at the end of the Civil War, and they were all promised 40 acres and a mule for every family of four, if you did the math today, it would be trillions of dollars. #Reparations #BigTruth

And I believe that anything less than $100 billion dollars is an insult and I believe that $200 to $500 billion is politically feasible today... #BigTruth #Reparations #Marianne2020 #DemDebate

...because so many Americans realize there is an injustice that continues to form a toxicity underneath the surface, an emotional turbulence that only reparations will cure. #Reparations #DemDebate #BigTruth

Well what's with 10p billion your asking for. Get your numbers right or just stop, Mary Ann!
Okay now let’s talk about why you said a person taking anti depressants was weak..😳

I think instead of direct payment because of how murky it would be, we should funnel that money in black community’s education, cleaner better water, and infrastructure

False. Black people can do math too. A little under 4 million slaves. Most families were more than 4 but even at you numbers 40 million acres does not translate into trillions or even billions. Can easily find land at under $500 and acre. You rich white people have no clue

Are you saying welfare use not a form of reparation?
Replying to @marwilliamson
Repairing the corrupt prison industrial complexes traded on the open market and fixing the intended poor education in urban areas is reparation enough!

Whose money are you using? Everyone's? Including those who descended from slaves? Those who never owned a slave? Those who came to America after slavery ended?

The problems that the black community faces today have nothing to do with slavery. It has to do with black racists/activists instilling a victim mentality in them that they don't want to end. Watch the local news & see who commits most of the crime in any major city. Get real!
