What makes me qualified to say $200 to $500 billion dollars? I'll tell you what makes me qualified. #Reparations #BigTruth #Marianne2020

If you did the math of the 40 acres and a mule, given that there was 4 to 5 million slaves at the end of the Civil War, and they were all promised 40 acres and a mule for every family of four, if you did the math today, it would be trillions of dollars. #Reparations #BigTruth

And I believe that anything less than $100 billion dollars is an insult and I believe that $200 to $500 billion is politically feasible today... #BigTruth #Reparations #Marianne2020 #DemDebate

Reparations supporters see blacks as victims not victors. I see my friends as victors. They are successful because of their efforts and their attitude, not because people give them stuff.

Forcing millions of Americans that never owned slaves that they must pay people that were never slaves billions of dollars is ridiculous. #DemDebate #bigtruth #sinsofthefather

God I love you. How do we contribute to your campaign? You’re the best against Trump.

I agree that there needs to be some #reparations, but @BernieSanders has a vision to go beyond that and really attack the root of the inequality and racism. When the system itself is set up for black people to fail, a little money in the pockets alone will not make things right.
