Trick statement: "10 times FEDERAL spending." Education in the US is primarily locally and state funded. Add local and state funding and tuition to get a real picture of what the US spends on education

Education and health should be top priority. With good health comes smarter people. This begins in childhood with nutritious meals, in tern it improves the academic success. In the end more intelligent people with better solutions.

I recently saw a documentary on YouTube how private solar panels were undermined by oil lobbyists. Citizens have to pay 50$ monthly for a permit to install solar panels on their roof.
