There are millions of children who go to school hungry every day in America, asking their teachers if maybe they have some food for them. But Trump will now get his $2.5B for a wall. This is how deeply, insanely our political values have strayed from love. google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes…

MW, So you are saying the current federal programs to provide food to the poor are an utter failure? Sounds like a good argument to end the fed's role so that communities can try better solutions that don't feed bureaucracy instead of kids.

Maybe if we didn’t have such a financial drain from caring for needs of ILLEGALS we could feed more Americans

DT: "Who's gonna pay for the wall?" We are❗

I’m confused. We aren’t taking care of the children we have so we are begging for more to come?

Ummm, this isn’t about that but maybe if we had to feed less illegals we could feed more of our kids... Don’t be dumb like @ericswalwell

Um...schools have free breakfast for all kids and free lunch for kids from low income homes.

If we stop accepting illegals we could use that money for the hungry children. When the Wall goes up we’ll be sble to cut expenses used on illegals. In the meantime you can notch down your lifestyle & feed 10-20 children. Lead by example. @OANN @FoxNews @Liz_Wheeler #MAGA

What incredibly bad logic is this statement! Illegal immigrants cost American taxpayers $150 billion a year! Build the wall for 5 billion, and spend that $150 billion saved on our own kids!
