Years ago I attended a service w/ a Catholic priest who had Catholics apologize to non-Catholics for historical wrongs committed by the Church. I found it very moving & have been proud to do something similar regarding blacks & Native Americans in America. Nothing silly about it.

That’s ridiculous! Why should people apologize for something others did? Stupid!

When we have a clearer vision of ourselves we see many of the small wrongs we committed through our lives. It is called growing up.

Even though this was in the past, one can feel sorry, not guilty, but sorry that this took place. I know I do. And once one taps into that feeling, we will do the right thing today to support our fellow neighbor as they STILL endure violence and racism on the daily.

Any policy involving living persons apologizing for the acts of persons who died many, many years ago will be a bust. As each candidate watches the polls and their campaign progresses throughout the season they will move to the center drop them. Happens every election.

Please make Beto and Kamala apologize to Cory Booker. It will make everyone’s day and heal many wounds.

I was just thinking about this. Saying ‘sorry’ is the first step to many grievances.
