I heard a Trump admin official today bragging about all the help Trump is giving to the Latino community. As though those children separated at the border don’t exist. As though the trauma of children terrified now of the ICE raids doesn’t matter. As if we are a nation of fools.

I don’t understand why everyone is misrepresenting this. This is about 2000 illegal immigrants who have been ordered deported by federal court AFTER their hearing, which most did not show up for. ICE is following federal law, as they did under Obama.

BTW, the majority of Latinos in this country legally are not in favor of illegal immigration because it affects their jobs and often the safety of their communities.
